I didn't know there was a six disc set of the IA trilogy, just the giant eight disc set from Mega Star. You can find more info on the various releases here.
As for retailers, we'll I have bought from YesAsia, KoreanDVDs, and DVDfromKorea, all without issue. YesAsia are a bit expensive though. I used those retailers for Korean DVDs, but for Hong Kong DVDs I generally use CD-Wow for ease. A lot of people swear by DDDHouse as well, but they pissed me off a while back when they sold me a copy of Hero that didn't match the description on the website.

there is 6-disc Limited Edition of "INFERNAL AFFAIRS Trylogi"...check on dvdfromkorea....
It's half cheeper then the 8-disc set..and I think it looks bether.
