"Hill, Carpenter and Curtis returned for Halloween II, and Hill and Carpenter were involved in the writing of several later sequels, including Halloween: Resurrection,Halloween 5 and Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers. A Halloween 9, also written by Hill and Carpenter, is reported by the Internet Movie Database to be in production."

RIP Debra

R.I.P. Debra Hill
Just read a report of Debra Hill's passing this morning. As a pioneering, woman film producer, her work included producing and/or co-writing over two dozen films, included among those several films with John Carpenter, including Halloween, The Fog, and Escape From New York (the former two include commentary from her on DVD).
