scratches from my dvd player broke the discs. My dad replaced it though a few months back. There was something wrong with the dvd player.

This is considered as 'imported' in both disc + packaging from MGM. This is a released in R3 Thailand. Basically this is what Fox, MGM and Warner does in Region 3 Thailand. They created the case + cover + disc labels...so in a sense it feels like buying stuff off R1, since there's only English titles and description on the disc!
