Disciple, loving your collection. Few questions though, why two copies of Halloween H20? Second, is that a bootleg Phantasm box set on your floor? Doesn't it include a workprint of 3? Been trying to track one of those down.
Lastly, I spotted TCM 2 (you sure have it early!), is the disc inside dual-sided? Thanks...

Halloween H20: Because the R1 DVD displays the picture in a letterbox format wider than the OAR of 2.35:1, something that results in larger black bars than there should be. That annoys me.
I bought the other one cause I thought it might be in the OAR. It wasn't.
Phantasm: Yes I'm afraid it is the bootleg box set. I want to point out though that I would never have bought it if I had known that before. On the other hand; I do have the official release as well.
It includes workprints of both Phantasm II & III but the picture quality is far from watchable. There's an hour or so of unedited behind the scenes material from the making of Phantasm II (i think) as well. This is worth the price alone although it's in the same bad picture quality as the workprints.
TCM 2: It's a one sided disc with printed artwork on the top side.

Great stuff Disciple...i'd love to have a shelf like this for my own collection, but my god damn room is to small
.
One question..do you often double-dip.....?????
One question..do you often double-dip.....?????
I tend to do, yes. Recently, it's been like this in cases of double dip: First I get the R1 DVD cause' it's the first one released and I want it as fast as possible. However, in some cases I also get the R2 DVD of films I love when the R2 release turns out to be the better one. I did this with X-Men: The Last Stand. I got the comic and the cool packaging with the R1 DVD but I got the content and the DTS-ES with the 2-disc R2. I guess my answer is that I do double dip, but not with every single DVD. In rare cases only.
I double dip a lot on my fav films

I'm afraid not. I have the whole list in Excel format, that's it.
I used to have it as a DVDprofiler list, but after my computer crashed it kind of got lost as I hadn't backed that up.
If you can recommend a program that enables me to add titles from all regions, please let me know.
As for Re-Animator being upside down. Thanks for noticing. I'll have to fix that

DVD aficionado does that, adds titles from different regions. Not all though. Just the most common/ popular ones - R1, R2(UK), R4(AUS). There may be some from Asia. Not sure though, as I don't have one from Asia.
You see, that's the problem. I have a couple of region 4 and 5 discs as well as a lot of asian region 3 tites. So that won't do i'm afraid.
If I remember things correctly DVDprofiler enables you to add titles yourself. At least it used to, can't seem to find that feature now. On the other hand i'm just playing around with the free verison. Maybe that's something that's only availible in the premium version?

I SEE.. Well the extras are the same in all regions I guess.
I managed to buy off eBay the collector's tin from France and I am pretty satisfied with what it had inside. (poster, photographs, photographs of the dwarf inside an envelope, the OST, the double DVD)
