Something different.Your Fave Movie Mistake?
I have just thought of something interesting. Go to www.moviemistakes.com and check out all the mistakes of your fave movies, and the new ones.

Here is an example I like, and I find funny, even though I don't live in the U.S.....

"Mr & Mrs Smith" - The movie is supposed to take place in and around New York City, however during the car chase where Angelina and Brad are fighting off the three BMW's, a wide shot clearly shows a street sign announcing Los Angeles.

When the Angels are fighting the "Creepy Thin Man," right before Drew Barrymore lifts up Lucy Liu to spin her around and kick the thin man, to get Lucy's attention, Drew hollers out "Lucy!" even though Lucy Liu's character's name is "Alex." from Charlie's Angels.

I love the glass plate that you can see the reflection of the snake in Raiders of the Lost Ark.  I'm kind of sad that they decided to digitally edit it out of the DVD.  They could have at least left it on as a deleted scene or something.

Oh yeah, then there is the Storm Trooper in the original Star Wars that hits his head as he enters the control room where C3P0 and R2D2 are.  I'm surprised that one has survived in Lucas's vision.

The infamous floating apple scene in Star Wars II where the apple seems to be pre-bitten....

My favorite: Jurassic Park t-rex breakout scene. When the T-Rex breaks out of his fence, its level with the ground. However, in the next shots, he pushes the car of a giant cliff!

Terminator 2 has a ton of them. One of them is when the T-1000 is trying to shoot from the helicopter, you can clearly see a hand appear controlling the chopper.

One of my favorite blunders was in Mommie Dearest where in a scene set in the 1940's there is a pump bottle of Windex sitting on a bar.  A couple of decades too early for that.
Another more recent blunder was in the "prequel" to season 5 included on the 24 Season 4 box set.  The prequel is supposed to be set in Chicago and there are palm trees lining the streets.  Not many palm trees in Chicago.  This is a pretty common goof.

Just watch Commando, there are about a million errors. I think you can see the crew in every close up of the red car, the car crashes and is fine in the next shot, and when the car crashes the dummy version of the girl in the driver's seat loses her head.

I heard that in the original showings of "Planet of the Apes" at the very end (y'all know what I'm talking about) in the horizon of the ocean, a boat can be seen far off. Now I never saw it in the theatres in 1968 so I don't know for sure.

Alright, I'll take the bait. I'll assume you were being sarcastic with the above 'gaff' and know that the 3rd hand was intentional so the the T1000 could both fly the helicopter and fire/reload the machine gun. He 'morphed' another arm. I thought this was common knowledge.

The best arm related bit of trivia in T2 would have to be that you can see Arnold's real arm in a black 'sock' as he mimes pulling his mangled robot arm out of the hugge gear wheel. Once you know about it, it's very difficult to un-know it on subsequent viewings.
