Steelbooks
I was wondering why the uk crowd always seems to get a steelbook option for every other movie that comes out on video, while the US crowd only seems to get it for some movies? 2 movies that I know of that got a steelbook release in the UK is Ted & Paul, while the US crowd won't get one. The only ones in the US that got a steelbook release is The Avengers at Bestbuy and E.T. at Target.

Because UK consumers are suckers for a bit of tin and the distributors have sussed that they can basically sell people the same thing multiple times if it's shiny.
I just sold a Thor steelbook for £60. Some of the more fanboyish ones can be shifted for quite the profit it seems.
