Well I'm not one to suckup normally but yeah you do a pretty good job 
Thanks for your support. We are adding a couple of new reviewers at the moment, and hopefully a few tweaks to the site if our developer has the time so we should be going from strength to strength. Since you both have posted, any comments on the way we do things around here? If you suggest changes, they probably won't happen as our main developer is very busy at the moment, but we'd be intersted in what you ahve to say.

Well that's a bit negative If they are good suggestions they probably will happen but not tommorow, and not next week! (Unless it's very, very easy to do!) Malcolm is currently working on a completely new back end (easy!) for the site so he's concentrating on that for now.
