the dark knight trailer
i just saw "i am legend" at an imax theatre...and "the dark night" trailer is different than the standard theatre trailer. i've seen the standard one on the internet. i don't want to spoil it for anyone...but i will say this...it's about a 5 min. scene from the movie...and TOTALLY worth the higher price of admission. my dad who doesn't like anyone or anything was smiling ear to ear during those 5 min. batman fans...do yourself a favor...make that extra drive to the imax theatre nearest you.

Whithout giving much away, think the bank robbery in Heat done by clowns. Although, that's probably not quite acurate. The bank raid in Point Break with clowns. On third thought. Bill Murray in Quick Change.
See now those who haven't seen the trailer don't know what to think do you?
Seriously, it's 5 minutes from the film capped with some character shots at the end. It all looks good and seems to have a different feel to it than Batman Begins in that the scene in question is in braod daylight and appears to be shot in a regular city not some sort of styalised version of one.
I would say it would be safe to watch for those not wanting to spoil their enjoyment of the film. It doesn't really give anything away of the plot.
It's still something to look forward to this summer.

I'm sure they shot the scene over a few days, but I was in Chicago when they shot that and got to see the bus outside the building. Ironically, the top of the building had an actual fire (not caused by filming) and had to be shut down for a while while they cleaned up. The bus looked awesome, but it seems that it's been changed a little from what I saw.

I saw I Am Legend on Imax and love it! As far as the Dark Knight trailer, all I can say, is that the movie is not for little kids. Very disturbing!

With such a good "adult"fanbase do to the newer movies theres no reason why they shouldn't be more graphic.
