The Golden Compass
Hi, Anyone out there that can help .Went to buy Golden Compass on monday noticed the one disc had running time of 108 mins,and the two disc extended edition also had the running time of 108 mins.But the Blu-Ray was running at 113 mins,Anyone know if newline has made a mistake.I have emailed Newline and they have been no help as they said they don't know about this version,

New Line aren't the distributors of the film in the UK, EiV are. The only version of the film classified by the BBFC on home video is listed as 108m 37s. However, the BD will run longer because PAL speedup is not an issue with HD material, hence the 113m runtime. I can't tell you what is 'extended' about the two-disc edition.

Just purchased the R1 2-disc version from Best Buy (exclusive edition with a bonus 3rd disc that contains 40 minutes of extra featurettes). The runtime says 113 minutes
