The Legend Of Zorror DVD with Zorror Lighter

The exclusive R6 DVD distributor for Sony Pictures and BBC in Mainland China has release two editions of The Legend Of Zorror Region 6 DVD.

The second one you see is the Limited Edition that comes with a Zorror Lighter, it says only 5000 units available worldwide.
But may I know if other Region DVD also include this Lighter or not?

Pricing:
Standard edition RMB 30 Yuan (USD 3.9)
Limited edition RMB 55 (USD 6.8)
price may varies from shop to shop.

Soundtrack: English Dolby 5.1; Chinese Mandarin DTS; Chinese Mandarin 5.1

I'm sure Region 1 will have a Superbit DTS release soon, just like the first Zorro film. So don't bother picking this up.
