From what I've ssen of Scorpion King on TV I would say it's better than Mummy Returns in that it at least knows it's a bit camp and a bit rubbish. M.R. is an empty headed (story), annoying (brat & story)), CGI at it's most gratuitous (the Scorpion King himself) prior to Van Helsing, jaw cracking yawn of a summer movie.
