The Passion of the Christ
I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not a special edition of this film was going to be released in R1? I read rumors about it when it first came out but have yet to hear or read anything about a new edition coming out. I've been holding off on buying it in anticipation for the SE but I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever going to be released. Any help would be appreciated.

Fox hasn't announced anything as of yet, but if they do we'll have the details posted as soon as they are made available.
I would of hoped so... I really liked The Passion.
I could see them doing something around Easter to clean up on the religious aspect
How about The Passion: Recut? Am I the only one that remembers the release?
I'm not so concerned with the Recut version, I just want to see some special features, maybe some historical/religious docs on the film.
