The Red Balloon on DVD
Just noticed that Albert Lamorisse's The Red Balloon (Le ballon rouge) is available on DVD, $9.99 most places.
One thing I thought was odd though, the DVD has the Janus Films logo on the back (same logo that appears on Criterion releases), but there are no Criterion Collection markings anywhere on it.
The store I bought it from had the Criterion "C" logo and "Criterion Collection" printed on the white peel-away label on the top of it.
Anyone seen any other DVDs that are sort of Criterion but not really? I thought this was odd, it seems like something only Criterion would release, and it's released by Janus Films, but no Criterion markings.

Haven't had a chance to watch it yet.
