Vital - Tartan UK R2
Interestingly, this is a native PAL transfer (usually Tartan are NTSC to PAL). Hopefully Tartan stick to this trend, but we'll soon find out with their future releases.

I'm a fan of all things Japanese so I can't wait to check this film out. Can anyone confirm that the extras are the same as the US R1?
