What ever you do...
..DON'T see The Fountain. It'll be over your head. Honestly, you just won't get it. I mean, I got it, but we all know I'm an abnormally clever guy.*

* The method of persuasion Gabe is utilizing here is known as "Reverse Psychology", in where the persuader employs pessimism in order to effect a positive outcome, basically stating the opposite of what he or she wants the persuaded to do.

I can tell you what not to see - Deck the Halls. No reverse psychology needed there, as it's just c**p. Actually, probably the worst film I've seen all year.

Thanks Nic. Sometimes we all need to be placated. Wink

honestly though, these claims of the film being pretentious or confusing are idiotic. It's so simplistic it's almost sappy at times.

Been wanting to see it, but I'm not sure I'd be in the right mood to with what I know of the story.
