Weird, I was just searching region-free players and I think I alraedy have one! Philips DVP 642/37. Not sure if it is region-free though - I've never tried it!

Just found a "hack" on the internet. Quite easy actually, I've changed it to region-0 so now I can play anything!
And to think, I was going to get rid of this DVD player for a newer Toshiba.. pfft!
Now I can buy whatever the hell I want!

i dont know about you , but I hate japaness or chiness words on my DVD case , then I stick to Region 1 and 2 items .
recently I bought seabiscuit 2 disc collectors edition . it was great : photo book , hard cover , golden metal bookmark , postcards , digipack , film cell , nice transfer ...

I think the writing on all of the Korean DVD's on dvdfromkorea.com are all in English unless its blatant like the Kung Fu Hustle package..
..great sets demiscy...but I just wonder..most of your DVD's are still not-opened....why..does it mean you don't watch them- just buy and put on the shelf ????
No they are "carefully" opened on the front.
Where the discs come out..if you understood what I meant.
I use a cutter to cut the plastic wrap.
This way I prevent the outer box from destroying therefore preserving the carton

Well usually I buy Premium Box because I like the film so much or the box looks to nice to resist. Usually I have watched another copy of the movie like I saw Schindler's List from the Korean Digipak but never open the disc inside the R1 Gift Set...
But for other cases, I've watched over 80% of all my dvds, and keep going because there would be waste if I don't watch it eh. Sometimes it's weird that you buy imported dvd as much as dvd in your country crazy...?!?!
Btw, it's very hard to stop once you start, I'm getting the Spider-Man Wooden box from France the end of this month...waste of money eh, but hey it's surely nice '

My friend have a relative in France. He imported a lot of stuff to sell in Thailand. I didn't ask where specifically in France did his relatives bought it, but that's how I got this and Avaitor. I bought it for 10,500 Baht.
But yes, it is also available on eBay as well.
