Is it true that the Ichi 2-disc set is now back in print in the Netherlands? Can't see it listed as in stock on any sites, but an American import site is selling it and states that it is BIP.

I got "Man On Fire" 2 Disc SE Region 1, brand new at my fave second hand shop for
A$20. If I was to buy that retail, I would have to pay A$45!
Also got "War Games" brand new for A$25.
Someone out there in Sydney is getting rid of their brand new R1 dvd's and I'm happy to buy them. Most of them on the shelves are old anyway, with many Ingmar Bergman films, not my kind of movies anyhow.

I recommend buying the extreme edition,
but keep the UE since it has the 156 minute cut and the DTS track.

If you're a fan of James Cameron, get this disc purely for his commentary track. The picture quality is slightly improved over the UE. Something you might want to consider (or not) depending on your TV size.

If the Terminator 2 dvd is still there on Wednesday (it's the only copy and it's second hand R1, very rare in Sydney!) I might get it. It's A$24.95. Not bad for a limited edition. I like the hard rock cover.

If you're not desperate for a particular dvd, I say you wait. I wait, and eventually someone who buys the R1 may want to sell it second hand later, and I get to buy it cheaper!! Or even in your case in the U.S. your dvd shop lowers the price!
