Zodiac: Special Edition??
Aside from the fact that there are no extras on Zodiac, is there anything out there that can confirm there will be a special edition in the near future?  By near future I mean before the end of the year.  I loved the movie and don't want to have to wait for years to get a special edition of it.

We'll have to wait and see if any other DVD regions may be releasing a SE of "Zodiac". That should give an indication as to what features might pop up on the R1 DVD when the time comes. I'll help to keep you guys posted on update.

NO I posted before there is a directors/extended cut in the works which will have special features it will be released on R1 probably around the same time as the R2 disc is released which will be around Oct/Nov. I read this in Empire movie magazine here in the UK a few months ago!

Looks like Paramount is following the footsteps of Fox and Universal. Releasing vanillia editions and then the special editions later. They started with Flags of Our Fathers and Babel and now its Zodiac.

Yes guys this is a new trick by Universal we all got burned by the instant double dip with Children of Men in January so I will definitely be waiting for the inevitable!
