Nintendo Wii, Error Code: 110213 Problem
Just a heads up, if any of you have been experiencing problems with your new Nintendo Wii console and connecting to the internet after the first system update, specifically an error code that reads '110213', the unit will have to be shipped back to Nintendo.

The good news is that once you contact Nintendo's customer service line at 1-800-255-3700 with the problem they will ship you out a new system right away (not including cables or controllers) via UPS as long as you have a major credit card. You will have to return the defective unit back to them in the pre-paid packaging they will send you within 21 days, however, or they will charge your credit card for the retail price of the system.

The whole process took me a 5-minute phone call on Saturday morning to set up and my new Wii arrived yesterday, and from what I can tell works fine. If you've purchased a Wii for someone for Christmas, you might want to crack open the box now to see if you get the specific error code listed above after the first system update.

I was really impressed with Nintendo's quick resolution to the problem and appreciative that the new console arrived so quickly. They certainly made another loyal customer after my call on Saturday.

Apparently fairy lights stop the Wii working as well. Seriously.
