If you sign up for an rss from a news site and you lats say have a my yahoo page you will get updates from the site you signed up for at the my yahoo page .
this way you can have headlies from all your favorite sites on one page so you could check out whats new without goin to thoes sites all the time.
once you like to read a full story you just click on the headline.,
go to yahoo and sign up to my yahoo and check it out they will give you a long list of sites that uses rss and you can click on them to add them up to your yahoo page - or some sites will have the logo of "my yahoo" so you could click on that directly.
