Biography
I'm DVDActive's region two and high-definition editor. I've been with the site since 2001 (the ‘DVDBlokes’ days), first as a reviewer, then as the Content Supervisor. Nowadays I handle the UK news, deal with the UK distributors and write the odd article. I also find the time to squeeze a few reviews in between my 'day job' and sleep.

Film-wise, I’m currently in my ‘Asian phase’, with Park Chan-wook being my director of choice. His ‘Vengeance Trilogy’—Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, OldBoy and Sympathy for Lady Vengeance—are three of my all-time favourites.

I’m also a huge Star Wars fan, as evidenced by my collection of reviews and articles on the subject. I also enjoy the Matrix series of films, and if truth be told I can be a bit of a Star Trek nerd at times.
