Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment has today announced the upcoming region one release of hit teen comedy 13 Going on 30 which stars Jennifer Garner as a kid in a grown womans body! The disc will be available to own from the 3rd August this year, and should set you back around $28.95. The film itself will be presented in anamorphic widescreen along with both English and French Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks. Extras will include an audio commentary with director Gary Winick, another audio commentary with the producer, eighteen deleted scenes, a blooper reel, an I Was a Teenage Geek featurette, a Making of a Teen Dream: Another Take featurette, a Making of a Teen Dream featurette, The 80's Outfit Challenge, the theatrical trailer and promos for other Columbia releases. Are you "kidding" me...the one-sheet was class. This is so made up.
The only part that's made up is her hanging on to Mark Ruffalo. The right side of the DVD cover was on lampposts throughout L.A. with her arms outstretched like that.
I don't know if I want to watch this movie, but Jennifer Garner starring in it has me very tempted to see it.
I think we can all agree that Jennifer Garner is delicious, and the only thing really holding our interest...hehehe

Studios now adding previews good move
I think it is good move for movie studios to add previews/ trailers of upcoming movies in cinemas to their new release dvd's. It may help to sell their movies more easily, especially for international customers.

...where did all the praise for this movie come from? HASN'T ANYONE EVER SEEN BIG!?!?!?! ITS THE SAME MOVIE, JUST WITH A GIRL...and i'll give you 2 guesses as to which one was better.

I just find Tom Hanks annoying in comedy roles, but he is good as a dramatic actor. I didn't really like Big and I rather look at Jennifer Garner anyway.

It is nice to watch a feelgood comedy every now and then, than any of the violence tv and movies that are out there. This is one of them Yes, it does remind me of BIG, but the difference is that she can't go back in time.

You people are stupid coming on here to slag off "13 going on 30" this movie was awesome and was, as many agree alot better than the classic BIG. The people who slag this movie off havent even seen it. Thats a fact. It screentested better than any major release this year.

Oh man oh man, Jennifer Garner is one fine looking female, and this movie surpised the hell out of me. I can't wait for the Elektra movie as well, but as far as Alias, it dropped off in quality and logic after season 2
