won't be too surprised if thats the case. it was released R rated this time so i imagine it be just be a few things to make it unrated. or maybe its just plot stuff. but i am happy to see all the extras, was afraid it be nearly bare bones since it wasnt the big hit they hoped.

I was not a fan of this one and I liked the first four DIE HARD movies. I hope the extended cut makes something tolerable out of this mess
I buy it because I own all the rest of blu ray so day one buy for me
just heard the extended version is only 1 minute extra not a good sign but does contain over two hours of extras
Die Hard 5.0 In Terms Of Action Sequences IT' THE BEST IN SERIES.
A Good Day to Try Harder
They need to make at least one more so the franchise doesn't end on this movie!
I enjoyed it a bit when I saw it although I was letdown. It's not memorable at all either to me.

ok ta
well thats a very nice set of extras! i'm guessing a "complete series" collection will be announced next which would be nice to finally include the unrated version of Part 4.
UK version

if you liked Part 4 you'll probably like this, its definitely made of that same cloth so to speak. as for it being uncut, it was R rated here in north america but barely felt it so i wonder how much the UK did cut.According to the BBFC website, the film was passed without cuts in the UK and rated 12A.

There's a section on there that notes "precut" information, which are edits 20th Century Fox did on top of the US theatrical R-rated cut before submitting for a UK rating.

Worst of all 5. Even Len Wiseman's movie was better...
i thought the movie was ok. not "amazing" or anything but ok. it had a couple of really cool action scenes IMO (the van/truck chase). then again, i'm not really a big fan (nor a hater) of this franchise. i've only seen the first movie and part of the 2nd. so speaking as someone who could take or leave the DIE HARD movies, i thought this movie was decent-ish.
I hope it has alot of special features on it
Absolutely my worst film of the year so far. Terrible, avoid like the plague if you actually like the DIE HARD films! This POS makes your least favorite DIE HARD look like a masterpiece, made me hate John McClane it was such a s**t film.
If you have ever wanted to see John McClane, actually trying to kill helpless citizens, then this is the movie for you.
Awful film, certainly an early contender for Worst Film of the year right now. Just because it's R-rated and having Bruce Willis spout his signature catchphrase does not make it a worthy Die Hard film.
Time to put this franchise out of its misery.
