No SPANISH SUBTITLES include?, too bad... im not interest to own this movie better if i wait until mexican or spanish release
I saw the uncut version at a small, independent theater in my city with a group of friends, and I was glad I did. It was a genuinely well made film, and never felt like exploitation or shock-for-shock's sake in my opinion. I actually would say I enjoyed it... and I'm not someone who is into super-disturbing cinema at all!
No, I don't think I'd buy it, or even watch it again, but I didn't think it was all that disturbing. On paper, it might sound like it, but in execution... thought it was tastefully done as far as the subject matter was concerned.
I'd suggest checking it out for yourself before judging it.

Not true. Read the last two paragraphs.
Well I would never expect a director to admit to it...

What...?
I neither know nor care about this "movie", but I've heard it features infant raping, and yet people fret about animal killing on it?
Anybody home...?

yeah, i don't remember any animal killings in this but if you are fine with newborn infant rape (from a man who just delivers the baby) and worse than have at it. shock movie for the sake of being shocking. no other reason this was made.
I found out the DVD and Blu-ray will be edited to some extent. The MPAA story is also true.

I really don't remember there being any animal killings, unless you count the humans that are killed, but it's all fake.

Yea I agree the cover is cool but I have no plains of ever watching this ever it just way beyond to sick to watch .I also heard that Walmart will not sell this because of what this movie is about so really the only ones selling it will be online and maybe Best Buy .I don't even think Target will get this thing.
That's a cool cover, but I'll never watch this.
the only good thing i can say about this movie is it's competantly made (the cinematography and so forth) but there's no way in hell, even if you paid me, i'd watch this again. watching a 8 year old get raped, watching a woman get her teeth knocked out out and then watching her forced to orally service a man, etc, etc, etc etc, and ETC isn't my idea of a good time.
I believe the unrated version of 'Murder-Set-Pieces' (2004) endured the same fate.
I don't really want to admit this, but I'm gonna: I watched it twice. The first time I saw it uncut and after the credits, I didn't feel like doing much for the next ten or twenty minutes. I looked down and was thinking about what I just saw. To be honest, it's an extremely well-made film. It's hyperreal, uncliched, and authentic looking. The performances and writing are brilliant. People may not agree with me, but that's fine. The second time I watched it was on FlixFling, where it was cut by about half a minute, except I got friends to watch it with me since I told them about it and they were curious. They were shocked and looked away at times. Afterward, we talked about it and I told them what was cut. They were actually glad. As for their opinions, I don't really know what they thought. They didn't hate it, though. One or two of them admired the work put into it. To find out if the film is disturbing, you have to watch it for yourself. For me, it's one of the top ten mindf**k films I've ever seen. I'm not interested in owning it, but if its score ever came out, I'd like to own that.

Apparently, the filmmakers or Invincible Pictures were trying to get the film to be R-rated, so they cut it by several minutes for the MPAA. It was still rated NC-17, so that's how it went to theatres. I don't have a source on this, unfortunately, but I know FlixFling chose to release it cut. I don't know if the DVD and Blu-ray will be uncut or not.

That's some cool packaging, too bad I have no interest in owning this movie.
