Great film. Both Colin and Julianne were absolutely stellar.
Blu-ray purchase all the way!
Pretty nice art. Can't wait to check this out on Blu-ray. I love Colin and Julianne.
This looked good. Will rent.
A long time to wait from the theater to the dvd release
Personally, I think the DVD is kind of a let-down. I'm probably still gonna pick it up because I thought A Single Man was just as important a contribution to cinema last year as Inglourious Basterds or The White Ribbon, but Sony/TWC really let the ball drop on the features department.
I really wanted to see this, so I'll more than likely purchase this. It looks like something I could relate to, with the gorgeous cinematography that I love. I'm very sad that I never got around to seeing this!
What took so long?

A Single Man was actually made with Ford's own money and the budget was quite small. It was after the film was completed that distributors bought rights. I doubt many special features were done during the shooting and the studio might have put on the disc everything they had in store.

Is it just me or does Colin Firth look like Jack Coleman from Heroes in those glasses?
