I'm a little reclutant about the artwork. I kinda like the original one-sheet artwork. Fox just went and Fox'd it up (not sure if that's a good thing or not).

I love the Blu-ray artwork. As for the movie, I've yet to see it, but I've heard wonderful things. Mostly that it's a terrible movie. And it actually looked pretty bad, as well.
I saw it and thought it was absolutely dreadful. While I have nothing but respect for those in the military; judging this as a film, it was junk. The fact it was staring real SEALs; not to sound too harsh, but felt more like a gimmick than anything else. It's a film and while putting real soldiers as extras or in minor parts is common (heck Michael Bay has done it since The Rock); hire actors for the leads.
The photography was terrible (switching noticeably from 35mm to DSLR to other digital formats for starters), dialogue poor, pacing dreadful, acting horrendous, there really wasn't much positive to say. About all I can say is that there's probably as much first-person material throughout this film to match or beat 'Doom'.
After watching it; I felt that it should have been thrown straight to DVD and be an in-name-only sequel to 'Navy Seals' from 1990.

I have zero desire to see this. I dont care if they are actual navy seals, means nothing to me. Sometimes u have to have actual actors and that helps us care about them.
I have no interest in seeing this movie, but I have to admit, I love the Blu-Ray artwork. Especially when compared to the DVD artwork.
Yeh the bluray artwork is pretty nice i admit
Movie was ok, very much like a video game. All the usual cliches, etc. but still pretty good action flick.
Biggest problems: found it very hard to tell one seal from the other--they all look and spoke the same. Like clones.
Also, thank goodness movie bad guys only carry one grenade, then wait patiently while the good guys decide what to do. LOL

Wow, there is a lot of hate toward this film. The acting was absolutely dreadful, sure. They are not actors. But the action was outstanding. Some of the action scenes are the best I have seen in a long time.
agreed, the blu-ray art is sweet looking
I'm extremely curious about this film. Just how did they make this film in general. Did they follow the Seals around or was it all part of the script? Did they even have a script? If not, then did all the dialogue came straight from the soldiers' own minds? I've heard it was terrible, but how can it be terrible if it's true? Might check it out.
Love the blu-ray cover by the way.

The DVD art looks like the artwork for Modern Warfare 3 (maybe it's just me) but WOW that Blu-Ray art is great! I might rent this just to see what it's like.
