Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced Action: The Complete Series which stars Jay Mohr, Ileana Douglas and Jack Plotnik. The two-disc set will be available to own from the 21st February, and should set you back around $24.96 or thereabouts. All thirteen episodes will be included, each of which will be presented in 1.33:1 full frame along with English Stereo tracks. Extras will include commentaries on select episodes, an unbleeped audio track option, and bonus previews. We've attached the art below:

I LOVE THIS! Can't believe it's finally coming to DVD. Good stuff. I remember watching a few episodes and loving Ileana Douglas' character. Also, wasn't this before Jay Mohr hit it big with "Jerry Maguire"?

I loved this show. Unbleeped might suck though. I loved the frist scene of the show where he was all "I am Peter <bleeeeep> Dragon. If I were you I'd take a p*ss in the cobb salad every day."

Peter Dragon was definitely the inspiration for the Avi character of Entourage.

I loved this one as well. Funny, just last month I was having a conversation with someone about tv shows I wish were on dvd but probably never will be and this was one I mentioned. I'm very happy to be wrong this time. I'll be snapping this one up right when it comes out.

If I'm not mistaken this was on in either 98-99 or in 2000. I remember it being on FOX. Watching one episode and not understanding it. Of course I would have been 11 or 12 when it was on, so of course now. I will watch it now though that it's coming to DVD.

Never seen the show, but a comedy with Jay Mohr just doesn't work for me.
AWESOME! Finally, Ive been wondering when this drops. Gonna purchase for sure. The show was hilarious on network tv, so the uncut version should be better.
Finally available and unedited!! It's about time this seriously sarcastic and creative show makes its dvd debut.
