Im SO Excited for this. But yeah, i agree... this news came out of nowhere. I can't wait to pick it up! Love the artwork too!
i was assuming this to have a theatrical exhibition. did it ever receive one? what the hell. the trailer looked so-so
the cover is really good.
the cover is really good.
It was supposed to open wide in April, then changed to September, and then was supposed to get a limited release in December, obviously that isn't happening...
Why couldn't Warners released "Trick Or Treat" instead of this film? I was more interested in that, since that film has been delayed for two years and it hasn't seen the light of day.
Umm this is NEW LINE CINEMA.
Gotta pick this one up. Now, if we could only get Trick 'r Treat released...
I still think Trick r' Treat is going to theaters...

New Line is part of Warner Brothers now, and the decision to release "Amusement" direct to video was Warners' decision, not NL/Picturehouse.

Oh ok, sorry, i misunderstood. Im kinda glad it's straight to DVD, i wanna own it
My friend is gonna hate this news... she got scared in April, when she thought she had to see this, and then in September, and now December, wait till she finds out i can actually OWN it in January... haha, she's really scared of clowns...
Definitely checking it out. It looked good. I just hope they don't ever release TRICK 'R TREAT Direct-to-DVD. That one actually has a lot of potential to do well. If given a wide release in October it would be a hit for sure.
Yeah, Amusement looks awesome! Im so excited, and like i said before, i think Trick 'r Treat will open wide, it's getting way too much praise for it not too. Hey, maybe will get a Trick 'r Treat trailer on the DVD? and Final Destination 4?
Finally. I have been dying to see this!
Trick R Treat has been pushed back too many times. Ugh
Trick 'r Treat is coming to theaters next year - i just know it.
Awesome! This is finally coming out. Great artwork, and awesome trailer.
i agree fitri!
"Horror fans will love it"
Patronising b*stards. This sweeping generalisation encapsulates the reason why there has been so many dreadful films aimed at a market they clearly don't understand.
OK, we haven't seen the movie, and it might be OK - aside from having anything to do with the remake of The Hitcher - but the attitude taken by those who want to make money out of the genre without even knowing its audience is very annoying.

My movies app on my iPhone shows that this will be in theatres on Christmas. I'm crossing my fingers that it's right.
No, it's wrong. It was supposed to get a limited release on December 26, but it's not anymore.
A scary clown? How original....

This is actually finally being released?
Wow.
