I really, really, REALLY want to like these films. I adore the Asterix books but these films.. well, let's just say the humour doesn't really translate.

man, that cover makes it seem like a cheap high school production, the costumes look c**ppy. but i've seen footage of one of the earlier movies and it looked fine so i'll lay blame to terrible photography here.

The second film had its moments but that's because it was by that comedian whose name slips my mind at the moment. First one was not so good but had a laugh every now and then. Wonder how this is.
