don't have these movies yet, definitly a purchase for me 
I know one reason to upgrade...the circa 1997 DVD release of the first film is atrocious. It was never re-released since then so I'm looking forward to a better transfer and in the original aspect ratio. The 2nd film on DVD is fine looking, though. Although I have the third DVD and it sports the best looking image of all three, I don't watch it much since the movie is such a stinker. That's one I should have given away a long time ago.

Elizabeth Hurley in HD might be enough to get me to buy the set...

as someone else said, i dont own any of em in any format so its a definite buy for me. and sure, part 4 is possibly coming but its not set in stone yet and even if it is....i'll buy it seperately when that day comes.

This may sound upsetting but believe it or not, I never saw a whole entire Austin Powers movie. I only saw bits and pieces of them.
thy should put this collection on dvd. they dont have one of these sets for these movies. the movies franchise sure deserves it.
Needless to say... all three are garbage. If not the original is the most decent one. Why TrueHD though? Considering New Line releases in DTS-MA 7.1; Hairspray, Pan's, Rush Hour 3, etc.
They seem to be applying Warners audio setup over New Lines. They are doing the same thing with BLOW. DTS-MA over Dolby TrueHD anytime please!

Naturally, when Mike Meyers goes back to milk one more out of this series, It's hope it's release matches this set's covers. That is a peeve of mine.

Getting the 3 pack! Never bought one on DVD.
Nice set, beautiful package art and a definite buy for me.... eventually - because there's no way I'm shelling out $75 bucks for this set, especially when there are already too many things to buy this holiday season. My cash flow will be a bone-dry riverbed by December 2. I'll wait until Amazon has it on sale somewhere around the middle of next year...

They did have a box set on DVD, I own it. It wasn't necessarily a box, but rather a slip that held all 3 DVD's together. I've had it for years.

Yes, because someone making a rubbish film automatically makes all their past efforts similarly rubbish...
If I didn't just buy these on DVD within the last year I would get them in blu but I did so there is no reason for an upgrade (plus I have not really gone blu yet), which is a shame because I like those covers a lot.
I know it's been said, but oh well, those covers are wonderful.
