Release a 1 disc-only 3D version with the Extended Collector's cut and I'll think about it.
F**k this movie

Maybe for the people that held off wating for the 3G version?
I held off - the only thing for me was the 3D aspect of the movie...
Panasonic has had it for ages, giving it away with 3D BD player (And tV?) purchases - I always wondered how much they paid to have the 'exclusive 3D' version....

Pass, hes becoming the new goerge lucas. Only thing is this movie just isnt that great
Don't care about I can't see 3D images anyway I and wish these studios would understand that not every dam movie needs to be 3D because there are over 2 billion 2 people can't see the 3D images just like me .
With the lack of features and such a plain cover compared to the ultimate collector's editions, it's safe to say there'll be another double dip in the future. I'll hold off on this one.
This was a good movie. Of course, nothing exceptional as far as story or the telling thereof, but nothing egregiously off, either. On the whole, something I'd like to own on Blu-ray, but am in no rush to get it. In any case, I love the cover of this one. Of course, I'll probably just go for one of the previous releases instead, given my lack of 3D technology, but this one has the best cover in my opinion.
Why not just a 3D Blu-ray disc? Most people will already own the 2D version already!
Does this strike anyone as a little bit ironic that James Cameron, who's stance on how 3D is the next big thing and everyone should go for it has taken more than two years to finally make the 3D version readily available?
"I am a strong advocate of the widescreen format and that is how all of my movies should be!"
"Hooray!"
"Now go enjoy my most recent successful award winning movie in fullscreen only."
"Hooray!"
But don't worry, you can get my movie in widescreen!"
"Hooray!"
You just have to buy a huge, gigantic TV for over $1,000 even though you probably already have one, are looking to get something better or smaller, or just don't like the TV."
