i have my boxset of this and alien anthology, booked as of today and guaranteed at my local store, damn i cant wait til next friday.
If the digital screening I just saw is any indicator, they may have applied too much DNR...
Hope they dont screw this up...we all remember the 1st dvd release... I guess the only thing that can go wrong is overuse of DNR
What's peaked my interest is the "Brand New Never-Before-Seen 'Nuclear Test Site Ending'"
Despite not being happy about the price hike, its gotta be the Limited Edition for me with this one. The extra bits sound great and if I'm dropping extra cash on anything, its gonna be BTTF. The Alien one however is silly. An Alien smaller than an egg and hugging it PAH!
Amazon has two blu-ray versions available for preorder. The regular is GBP27.97, the Limited Edition Collector's Tin is GBP44.93, Just a fact here also, the Alien Anthology boxset is GBP37.49 also available @ Amazon.
The Alien RRP is also high. This is available for less than £30 at various retailers.
That price-tag is a little on the high side - especially when you see how much you can pick up the forthcoming Alien set for on Blu.
