At £160 I'll have to pass on this one.

I too am missing the back half of season 4 (not THE FINAL SEASON as the packaging states) and am about half way though Season 3.

I would love the BD boxset but I'd only really be buying it for the extras as I can't really see myself re-watching the episodes any time soon as good as they are. Will probably keep an eye out for this though if it's discounted massively in any sale.

Yeah, the price is another obstacle I probably wouldnt even bother trying to overcome for this. Has no-one told Universal there's a recession on?

The price cap I'd put on it is £80. It'll be interesting to watch what happens with this boxset. To see if it flies off the shelf or if it gets reduced within a few months. I don't know that people have this much disposable income to blow on a something like this. I know I don't. I know there are those who will buy this straight away and more power to them, but the price point is way too high for something fans essentially already have. The only reason to get this set, for me anyway, is the extras. Having it in HD is secondary as the DVD's give a very good impression as to what the HD will look like which is tonnes of digital noise applied to the image.

On the first disk of season 3 one extra is given an 18, checked the bbfc cos I didn't believe the rating myself.

I'd love to see whether an HD image would be better, I know there's a lot of noise in the show but sometimes the DVDs seem like they've been really compressed too, but I've not got anywhere close to that pricing to blow on an HD upgrade, heck, I'm watching the final part online cos it's too expensive right now everywhere I look.
