Aw and I just bought the c**ppy old one almost 2 years ago. I loved this as a kid, it's not as great now but it's still a good, underrated little Disney flick. I like the artwork as well.

Not an amazing movie, like Mary Poppins, but I'm a fan of David Tomlinson. Still, not a buy for me.
The so called is already on the DVD as well as "The Portobello Road" - not a blu version?
Where is the Blu-ray?
While Poppins is obviously the superior film, I grew up with this one more, so in a lot of ways it holds an even dearer place in my heart. But the special features look nearly identical to the previously released 30th Anniversary Edition. I'll stick around for the Blu-ray.
BUT, this is one of the few re-releases I can remember where the new DVD cover art is actually better than the original cover art! Superior to the old one in every way.

Hardly a film that stands the test of time - Bedknobs And Broomsticks is a film which if you loved it as a kid (as I did) then you'll love it as an adult. And end up dreaming about animals playing soccer on a soccer field. Possibly underwater.
I have no clue why I wasn't allowed to watch this as a kid. I was allowed to watch 'Song of the South' but not this one. For some reason my grandmother was bothered by it.
I love this movie as a kid and still do today. I might pick this up but I'd rather have it on Blu-Ray. I wonder if this has the Extended Cut they showed on Disney Channel a few years ago. I have it on tape, but would like to have in on DVD. The added scenes are good and fill in some gaps.
Stupid Fast Play! Get rid of it Disney!!!
