correct.  before, they only had a gallery of stills from those lost scenes because the footage was thought to have been lost.   Now I wish they do a special edition of Mulholland Drive which would include the original version of the film when it was a TV pilot.

Screw Blue Velvet! Where's Mulholland Dr.? I've been waiting for YEARS now. I don't care if I have to pull a $30 out of my @ss, I'll get it.

I have not seen Blue Velvet at all, whether on VHS or DVD. Day one blind buy for me.
