Are the critics just blowing smoke about this movie or is it as bad as they say it is?

A friend of mine reviewed it. He said it's well made but formulaic. Nothing to get upset about.

I wasn't upset. I saw that Rotten Tomatoes had more rotten reviews than fresh ones. Just wanted to know, that's all.

I actually thought it was a terrible movie. It's incredibly boring and Russell Crowe's fake tan makes him look like an obnoxious carrot.

I wasn't referring to you being upset. I was referring to critics slamming it as if it urinated on their rug. :-)
