Extremely surprised by how entertained I was by this!
I was surprised that I loved this as much as I did. Day one Blu purchase for me. I just wish they would've stuck with the poster artwork, for the cover.
An absolute trainwreck. It had some good songs and dance numbers, but the script -- awful. Cam Gigandet and Christina Aguilera should be shoo-ins for the 2011 Razzies.
Cher deserves much better. She has that It factor, and she can really act.

I still can't believe this has more Golden Globes than Inception.

Blu-ray + DVD combo? Boo! What's the point anyway? Just add the digital copy. Is it really that hard?
I find movies that skip out on the digital copy, yet include the DVD and Blu-ray, are just stupid. Then again... it's not like I was going to buy this movie anyway.

You know, this wasn't a "good" movie, but it was pretty entertaining. Christina cannot act at all though. She was terrible. Actually, scratch that. During the performance scenes she was very good. She had a real presence. It was only when she was trying to act that she was bad. Would have rather seen the lovely Kristen Bell in the lead. She was the reason I saw this. I want a VERONICA MARS movie d*mn it!

Righhhhtt. Uhhh huh. It's not too hard to make a "digital copy" of a movie from a DVD if you have the right programs.

"More Golden Globes than Inception..."
I might want to correct you on that, Sam Spade. "Inception" had 4 Golden Globe nominations, "Burlesque" had 3. Both included best motion picture in each respective category of drama and comedy/musical. What you can digress from "Burlesque" is that the panned musical won for Best Original Song this past Sunday for "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me" written by Diane Warren. "Inception" went home empty handed. But you thank the BAFTA Film Awards (the TRUE equal of our Oscars) for bestowing "Inception" with 9 nominations including Best Film and Best Director Christopher Nolan. You won't find "Burlesque" on that list! www.BAFTA.org
How is that a correction? Perhaps I'm misreading something here.
I was never bored with this. Cover is pretty fashionable too.
Heard the movie sucked like hell. I like the poster better than the cover art.

While this movie wasn't great, it was decent. Nothing I'd buy, but for what it was, it could've been worse.
