The first cover art is way too pornographic. Apparently so's the movie but the second or third covers would be far more appropriate in my opinion.

That is the Japanese poster for the movie. It looks like they just did a copy and paste job of a few different posters for the covers.
will this edition include the infamous pornographic-cut that was released on R1 a few years ago? No joke there are several hardcore sex scenes poorly edited into the movie (the 3-sum after Caligula has a moment of madness in the rain and during the giant sail-ship orgy towards the end of the film being the most noticeable)

I have the US disc and the picture is very disappointing. I like the choice of covers but I wonder why the 2nd one has imperial edition at the top then blu edition at the bottom?
I bet that cover artist loves researching for his job!
The girls in the movie hardly as hot as those in the covers.

Until they release this in 3D, this disc is a waste of my time and a personal affront (by Arrow Films) to videophiles everywhere. Shame on them.
