Finally
I almost picked up the Region 2 DVD last year because it was 16:9 widescreen. Glad I chose not to. Looking forward to getting this in the library.

finally!!
at last, a dvd release worthy of this great movie.
Been waiting for a decent version of this to come to DVD; the current pan & scan release is a joke to such a film.
Terrific! Chariots of Fire is a first class motion picture and it will finally get first class treatment on DVD. Thank you Warner Brothers.
Hmmm...with such an outstanding score and no DTS?

I thought Warner's didn't do DTS on there titles(i.e The Matrix etc)?
Anyway glad this is being given a proper release and hopefully it will make it's way to R4(the R4 release by Fox is terrible of Chariot's).

They should've used the movie poster for the cover.
Ugly cover... as i know from previous "two-disc special edition" from WB, they could've done waaaay better.

They do overseas - Twister is an example of a title with DTS.
Good to see another Aussie joining the frey....

Hmmmmm...I wonder what makes them issue DTS in other regions and not here?
Seems kinda silly.
