Twentieth Century Fox has announced the release of Chariots of Fire: Special Edition for the 11th of April. This two-disc set will feature an anamorphic widescreen (1.85:1) transfer, both Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 audio, a commentary by director Hugh Hudson, a making-of entitled ‘Wings On Their Heels – The Making of Chariots Of Fire’, a documentary about the film, a ‘Chariots Of Fire – A Reunion’ featurette, seven seven additional scenes, and a trailer. You can expect to pay around £19.99 for the set when it arrives.
