I loved it. One of my favorite movies of the year. Darkly funny and pretty faithful to the book from what I could recall. Great soundtrack too. I can, at the least recommend people rent it, but I'm definitely gonna be buying this. Wish there was a Blu-ray, but I'll survive.
The trailer didn't look very interesting.
Hardly any UK cinemas showed this and I am itching to see it. Sam Rockwell is a God.
Saw this opening day and Loved it. Really demented dark humor, full of great one liners and great acting. Not quite as good as Fight Club, but pretty dang close. I really need to read all of Chuck Palahniuk's books. Only read Fight Club so far and it is definitely a must read.
Looked awesome!! I sure hope this gets a blu release.
Excellent flick, well-adapted from the source. Here's hoping for an Unrated, Extended BD.
It really was well done. Not up to "Fight Club"'s level (but then, what is?) but still funny. Wonder if "Invisible Monsters" will ever hit the big screen?

I second that. I didn't find the time to watch this in theaters, but I saw a trailer for it and it looked very interesting. I just hope they put some significant extras on the DVD if they never release a Blu-ray or special edition DVD.

I am cautiously looking forward to this. I liked the book, but it's not my favourite. Among the books, my favourite 3 are Invisible Monsters, Rant and Haunted. I didn't enjoy Snuff that much, inspite of some real clever porn movie names in it! Still, can't expect a Fight Club here... we really need Fincher to do Palahniuk justice.
looked funny.
friend told me it had a terrible production value.

Love the art! The movie looked great and I'll definitely be renting it.

The only terrible production value I can think of was in the colonial theme park, but that was kind of the point. It's supposed to be corny. Thought the film had entertaining editing too.

I heard mixed things about it, but as usual, I don't give a rats' ass what other people say - the only thing that matters to me in my opinion is just that - MY opinion.
That said, I'm looking forward to this, and am expecting to like it, if not love it.

One of the worst movies of the year. Go read the book!
I like that they used this for the cover art but the "includes deleted scenes" is not necessary, we can find that out on the back!
Dying to see this despite the bad reviews. I realize they messed with the book (which I haven't read yet), but I loooove Sam Rockwell.

Actually, the reviews were mixed:

And I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative ones. I howled the whole time watching this film. Freakin' hilarious and second funniest movie of the year, right behind "Hamlet 2". Both Rockwell and Huston turned in award worthy performances. This is a first day must buy for me.

Amen to that Marcus, thats why I will definitely blind buy this, and add it to my Rockwell collection. Sounds like a nice collection of extras too.

.
You can never tell given some of the bad covers or good covers ruined by quotes. I do agree it would be better without the deleted scenes tagline on front (and the quotes too).

Book was better. There was too much going on in the mind of the main character, that it all couldn't be put into the film. A valliant effort though. It was still a good movie, and I might pick it up later.

Anyway, heard mixed things about it. Don't know what to expect.
