The runtime is 101 minutes if that's any use!
Never seen this before, but I will be checking it out. The featurettes are by Laurent Bouzerou so that should be good.

On a serious note, does anyone know if it's the butchered theatrical release or William Friedkin's director's cut?
There can't be a director's cut, because I hear the deleted 40 minutes of footage is lost. I hear it's only be a little more explicit than the old VHS, but not a true Director's Cut in any way shape or form.

Long overdue this. Can not wait to buy this while on holiday in Florida this Sept.
This release has taken way too long.
To bad this won't be the long rumoured Director's Cut since Warner has "Misplaced" the missing 40 minutes of footage. I believe Warner is setting up fans for an inevitable double dip; Cruising: The Director's Edition with "Newly Discovered Footage."

Wouldn't shock me if that happened.

Ah, time to dust of the old "hankie-code" manual and wear a brown one in the left hand pants pocket...
Also dust off that Village People album as a warmup for the movie
Artwork is pretty decent despite that useless quote...
Will this have the hardcore inserts in the murders though?
John:What are you doing this weekend?
Steve:I dunno,I was thinking about Cruising.
John:Cruising for what?
Steve:Cruising for a killer.
John:That's hot.
Looks like a stinker.
