Hmmm... The plotting in this season took a bit of a dip. Some of the fake-outs were so obvious I ended up rolling my eyes skyward more than once.
The budget wasn't cut just the episode order was from 13 to 10.
The 5th season is indeed the last. I Directv and was lucky enough to see this last summer. Very compelling season, yet you could see the budget cuts. Dylan Baker and John Goodman was excellent new characters.
Was surprised, after the 'concluding' episode of the third season, how good this turned out to be. The addition of f-bombs certainly made things refreshing and Dylan Baker was a complete badass. Very much looking forward to the fifth and (apparently) final season of Damages.
