Good movie, but that cover is misleading. This has been out over seas for along time, I saw this movie over a year ago.

That's a descent enough cover, but I really liked the theatrical poster.
I don't think it's that misleading. I mean, it is about a guy seeking revenge that wears a gas mask and it is pretty raw in tone. I have the R2 UK release. That one is pretty loaded with extras.

The cover kind of reminds me of the VHS one for the old 80s slasher flick "My Bloody Valentine".
