I still need to watch this season. I've gotten pretty bored of Dexter though. I've come to realize that I really don't care about any of the characters except him.

How stunning that when someone thinks something, they always consider themselves in the majority.

Many MORE agree (including myself) that Season 5 was a very good season, just not up to Season 4's standards.

Best show currently on TV, imo.

Day 1.

I'll agree this wasn't up to par with seasons 1 & 4, it was definitely better than season 2 and just as good as 3.  Still, even a "bad" season of Dexter is better than the majority of stuff on TV.
