The last press release didn't mention the deleted scenes, so those might be new. I'm sure someone with a 'recalled' disc will let us know soon enough!
What the @#$%!
Someone at Touchstone didn't like that original cover design. I guess the few that made it to retailers will continue to garner big bucks on ebay.
Exactly the same..except for that new cover
Everything that is listed above is exactly what is on the recalled disc. The only difference it seems is that awful cover.
Thats the same cover from the old press release, way back when...
Maybe they didnt like the old cover cause of the semi-nudity (Sarah Jessica PArker in a bra....)

I thought the cover with Sarah Jessica handing Depp her sweater was great! This new one sucks! But I hope they actually release the DVD this time.
As I stated in the news article, this may not be the artwork used. I just used the artwork that was provided the last time the disc was announced. So don't worry quite yet!
They should stick with this cover:
This is so silly. The Special Edition version has already been released in Australia for quite a while now. What is the problem with the American release?
Touchstone are indeed sticking with that cover Jason. They've just let me know, so I've swapped it over. Hopefully they won't change it again!

WOO HOO!!!! PARTY!!!! Now all touchstone has to do is release it, without the recalls.

I can't wait to get this DVD...Even tho Johnny isn't included on the Audio Commentary, it's still a "classic" film...
