What's with the tagline?
Just watched this last night and I enjoyed it. I already have seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, so I'm glad they're not releasing this exclusively with the box set.
It wasn't very funny but it was quite touching.
The Big Brother scene about the lack of dignity had me laughing.

It was released (and set at one point) around the holidays. It was known (much like the Office special) as the "Christmas Special" unofficially.
Can't wait. Loved it and looking forward to seeing it again. I just about peed myself laughing during the Big Brother stuff. Hearing Marcus' voice-over and seeing Andy in the Diary Room was priceless.

Yay, I was scared that it was only available in the big set. Hilarious special.
"Oh f*ck off, I'm Clive Owen, that's mental!"
Loved the special (and the entire series), but I'm getting the complete season set.
It was a good wrap-up.
And vastly superior to the weak an annoying 2nd series (Merchant's character was moved from support to joint lead and became very unlikeable and a REAL annoyance and even Maggie became a complete moron who also became outstandingly annoying and unlikeable).
It's no "Office" though.

I thought the 2nd season was hilarious. I thought that making him a sort of celebrity as an actor in a bad sitcom added more tension to his frustrations of wanting to be a good credible actor. The Ian McKellen episode was funny as hell, in a very awkward sort of way, which is what he's so good at.
