Not too shabby, I won't buy it mind you, but it's decently priced and such.

hmm that extra disc sounds like the disc that was given with the first copies of american dad's 1st season.........and while this is a cool idea and box, especially for those who dont own any of it.......it seems weird to make a big box set of a tv series thats still in production...i realize its all about money but come on...lol
isn't Family Guy still on the air? usually complete collections should be done if the show has ended on TV.
Any true fan of the show (like your's truly) already owns every volume. Who are they trying to entice here?
What happens if they make another season?
Very pricey...
Very pricey...
Won't most fans of the show already have the DVD sets, at least up through the third season? I seem to remember the show being brought back to air as a result of exceptionally strong DVD sales...
my bro bought the first 2 or 3 volumes years ago but they're missing half the discs and the others are probably sitting around somewhere buried under boxes and scratched to s**t. i'll be tempted if i can find it for less than $100.
So....is the REAL package CGI, as well? :p
I haven't bought any of the FG volumes yet, only the 'movie'. I will consider this, but I dunno.

I haven't bought any volumes of Family Guy yet, so this is definitely tempting. But then again, it's also going into syndication this fall. Do I really need to buy a show that will already be on TV, 6 or 7 days a week? I have this same argument with buying Simpsons DVD sets.....
This would be a great buy if i hadn't bought the sets already out on sale for about $20 a pop.
SWEEEEEEEEEEEET!
I've put off buying the sets simply because I haven't gotten around to it. Every time they go on sale for $20 per I end up not being able to buy. This looks great. The extras, the stuff inside and wicked cool packaging always gets me. I'm a sucker for it. I'll be there for this almost as much as that awesome looking Bladerunner suitcase deal.
Sphincter!

I already own all the volumes, so...
Hmmm two problems for me. 1 - I already own the first four seasons so this would be a serious double dip and 2 - Its calling itself the "Complete DVD Collection" but seeing as the show is about to come back on Fox with new episodes that is a really wierd choice of words.
Looks cool and is well priced however!

well they arent calling it the complete series so this isnt false advertising or even a lie....it literally is the "complete dvd collection"..i mean all thats missing is that Freakin Sweet disc but that was just a "best of" and all those episodes are here. so it really is a complete collection of the dvds. its still a stupid thing to do but just saying. lol
