First Family Guy DVD I won't buy.
Hahaha. Ahhh God. These people haven't gotten so sick of bashing the Simpsons for 10 years, they need to run to Family Guy and proclaim it was "the best show ever... 10 years ago." Family Guy's episodes may fall flat now and then, but by and large it's still a pretty funny show.
I gave up on Family Guy by the end of season 5. One of the worst shows on TV. Remember the good episodes from seasons 1-3?

Unfunny episode after unfunny episode....save for the "Multiverse" one which I thought was great. I think it's just a matter of time before FG sees cancellation for the 3rd (and final) time.
it all depends on the ratings...i agree it seems more people don't like it as much or at all anymore vs. those who still do but it must be doing well to stay on the air. its like Simpsons, sometimes it feels like i'm the only person who still enjoys it. lol
some could argue Simpsons has history on its side to help but this is Fox afterall. a network that cancelled Married With Children without even giving it an actual fairwell or final episode. and no matter people's opinions on the show itself, it was one of the shows that lauched the channel. both figuratively and literally.
but yeah back to my point....long as ratings are good, shows are kept on the air no matter their quality or popularity.

To quote Lee Donowitz, 'I've got more taste in my penis.'

I do agree the show is very pretentious, but I think that's why people love it. It's like "if Family Guy loves itself so much, why shouldn't we?". I mean, at least it thinks it's being awesome.

I'll get this one on the first day it comes out but if I don't have enough money for both this and American Dad! this one has to wait.
I can't wait to see what the Road to the Multiverse featurette is all about.

surprised they didnt use a "multiverse" image for the cover. that episode was great, especially the "disney" segment.
I HATE this show!!!!!! Funny too it used to be my favorite during its first 3 seasons. Once it came back after cancellation it just sucked. Its like they got cocky, they thought anything they did could be funny and didnt care who liked it. The show loves itself too much where its hard to love it
this show really stopped being good, around the second time they brought it back. it used to be hilarious, but now its just "lets see who we can offend and what we can reference this week." its currently lacking any creativity whatsoever
This season had some good episodes...but pretty much fell flat. Any word on how many episodes this has?
