i hear ya. this, cleveland show and american dad have been airing in HD for a while now and they never get blu-ray releases, its odd. especially when Simpsons is releasing blu-rays of the seasons that aren't even HD. considering its all Fox, its odd how they treat the home releases of these shows do differently.

i guess in their defense, the dvds look pretty great so its not an "OMG LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS, MY EYES ARE CRYING" kinda difference but its weird to see a show aired in HD not get released as such on home video.

I enjoy this show. It was so much funnier in the beginning, but overall, it's cute and fun to just space out and watch. I can't deny some of the new episodes do make me laugh. Will I buy it? Probably not. But I DVR the episodes I want to watch, or the ones that sound interesting.

Also, just to agree with others, I'm shocked a no Blu-Ray either. Doesn't make a bit of sense.

Do you mean widescreen?  They can do an HD transfer to blu-ray even on the 4:3 episodes.  Take a look at the Family Guy Star Wars set.

because from what i gather, the UK still releases the show in full season collections. the north american releases stopped doing that after season 3. and since then its been volume sets containing 13-15 episodes, often mixing parts of multiple seasons together.

its quite retarded and pointless. the weirdest thing is how the Fox sunday lineup is treated two ways in regards to this. they release Simpsons and Cleveland Show in full season collections but Family Guy and American Dad get the volume treatment. not sure why the same company can't just do full seasons for them all.

of course volume sets are the "in thing" nowadays. i mean they are even splitting shows that only have 13 episodes a season into volume sets. just so very retarded. and to top it off, they still charge the price of full season sets most of the time.
